Use GiliSoft Formathor to combine PDF packets, split large files by section, and compress output before sharing, storage, or archive workflows.
1. Open Formathor and import the PDF files you want to manage.
2. Choose merge for one packet, split for smaller sections, or compress when file size is the priority.
3. Adjust page ranges or target settings if needed.
4. Run the task and save the output files.
5. Continue with encryption when the final PDF also needs controlled access.
Compress before sharing when the PDF is too large for email, portal upload, or storage limits, but the document still needs to stay in PDF form.
