Start with the Conversion Workflow

Conversion is the main job. Add the sources, choose the output required by the next device or application, review the settings, and process the queue. The editing tools below can be used whenever the same job also needs media preparation.

1. Convert Video and Audio Files

Use the main conversion queue for single files or batches. Choose an output format according to playback, publishing, editing, storage, or device requirements.

  1. Add one or more video or audio files to the conversion queue.
  2. Review the source duration, resolution, format, and audio information.
  3. Choose the required video, audio, device, or web output profile.
  4. Open the output settings when resolution, bitrate, codec, frame rate, or file size needs adjustment.
  5. Choose the destination folder and enable GPU acceleration when supported by the hardware and selected output.
  6. Start conversion, then check the beginning, middle, and end of the finished file.
For long videos or important delivery settings, convert a short sample before processing the complete batch.

2. Cut, Join, Rotate, Crop, and Change Speed

Cut a Video by Time Range

  1. Select the source video and open the Cut tool.
  2. Move the start and end controls to the required time range.
  3. Preview the first and last frames of the selected section.
  4. Apply the cut, choose the output format, and convert the file.

Join Video Clips with Optional Transitions

  1. Add the clips and arrange them in the required order.
  2. Enable Merge all files into one.
  3. Open Transition when a short effect is required between clips.
  4. Choose one output profile and review each join after conversion.

Crop and Reframe a Video

  1. Open Crop and define the visible area.
  2. Keep the original aspect ratio when the output must not stretch.
  3. Check the output preview for cut-off titles or faces.
  4. Apply the crop and convert a short sample.

3. Add Filters, Zoom Effects, and Visual Layers

Add Text, Image, Video, or Shape Watermarks

Each layer can be placed over a selected time range. Use the preview to keep important content visible and confirm the entry and exit timing.

  1. Move to the time where the visual layer should begin.
  2. Choose Text, Image, Video, or Shape Watermark.
  3. Set the start and end time.
  4. Enter the text or load the media, then position and resize it in the preview.
  5. Review the layer at its entry, active section, and exit before export.

4. Edit Audio, Add Voice, and Load Subtitles

Add or Create Subtitles

  1. Open the Subtitle tool for the selected video.
  2. Load a subtitle file or create subtitle entries.
  3. Check timing, line breaks, and position at several points.
  4. Export a short sample before converting a long video.

Clean a Fixed Visible Mark

Use cleanup tools only with video you own, created, licensed, or are authorized to edit.

Video Converter FAQ

Can I convert several videos at once?

Yes. Add multiple source files, choose the required output profiles, and process them in the same batch queue.

Can I convert video to an audio file?

Yes. Add the video and choose an audio output profile when only the soundtrack is needed.

Should I edit before or after choosing the output format?

You can prepare cuts, crop areas, effects, watermarks, audio, and subtitles before starting the final conversion. Confirm the output profile before processing.

Why should I convert a short sample first?

A sample makes it faster to verify image quality, audio, subtitle timing, aspect ratio, and file size before a long batch is processed.
